Meta Events Manager (Meta Platforms, Inc.): The website uses Meta Events Manager, an analysis service from Meta Platforms, Inc. When the users books an appointment through Calendly, the provider is asking for a name and the email address to facilitate scheduling and communication. Calendly collects and processes this data solely for the purpose of booking, managing, and coordinating appointments. f. Wistia
Wistia (Wisty, Inc.) is used by the provider as a video marketing tool for lead generation (sales) on the website. Wistia serves as a link between ads placed via Google Ads and the booking tools Typeform (d.) and Calendly (e.), which are relevant for initiating business. As part of the provision of their services, the following software products and tools are used by FAJIG in addition to the technologies mentioned in Art. 6. Zoom: Zoom is a video conferencing technology via which lessons take place via video telephony, hosted by Zoom Inc, privacy policy available via the link provided. The client consents to FAJIG using Zoom to record lessons and provide them to the client for further studying and self-analysis. However, FAJIG guarantees that no recordings shall be shared with any third party unless the client provides their written consent.
Google Workspace: Google Workspace is a cloud system for collaborative file sharing, i.e. folder management and document editing, hosted via Google Workspace/Business Suite, privacy policy available via the link provided.
Whatsapp: Whatsapp is a messenger service, operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited for clients within the EEA, to facilitate communication. When communicating with the provider via WhatsApp, the phone number and any shared information are processed through WhatsApp’s secure servers, which may be located outside of the EEA. This is especially the case with users located outside the EEA. When the user contacts the provider.
